Association of Professional Inventory Providers

A member of staff at a Shropshire firm of lettings agents has received industry accreditation as part of the company's ongoing commitment to employee training and development.

Stephanie Richardson, who works in the Lettings and Property Management department at Nock Deighton's Telford office, has successfully become a member of the Association of Professional Inventory Providers (APIP).

Stephanie, who has been employed in the firm's lettings team since 2004, is already a member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA), a qualification she also gained with the support of her colleagues at Nock Deighton.

Reflecting on her achievement, Stephanie Richardson said: I'm delighted to now be accredited by APIP. It's a huge boost to my career and the support I've had from Nock Deighton has been excellent. As a member of APIP I will be helping to maintain and further promote the highest standards of service within lettings and property management.

Dawn Clarke, Director of Nock Deighton, who is also ARLAs regional representative for Shropshire and Staffordshire, commented: Stephanie's accreditation shows our teams ongoing commitment to achieving the highest professional standards in the property industry. She has been a hugely valued member of our team for more than eight years now, and this qualification reflects on her excellent professionalism and determination to have a successful career.
