Local Property Experts to Host Landlord Conference and Live Auction in Bridgnorth

Leading estate and letting agents Nock Deighton will host a Spring 2026 Landlord Conference at Bridgnorth Rugby Club on Wednesday 25th March 2026, bringing together local landlords and property professionals for an evening of insight, guidance and networking.

The conference, which begins at 6:00pm, will focus on the significant legislative and tax changes set to affect landlords in 2026.

Dawn Clarke, Managing Director of Nock Deighton, will deliver a comprehensive update on the Renters’ Rights Act, outlining what the proposed reforms mean for landlords and how they can prepare. With rental legislation evolving at pace, the session aims to provide clarity and practical advice to help landlords remain compliant and confident.

Guest speaker Graham Loosley of Mercian Accountants will also present a 20-minute overview of Making Tax Digital and explain what the changes will mean for landlords from a financial and reporting perspective.There will be time after the conference for networking and a Q&A.

In addition to the conference, Nock Deighton will be hosting a live property auction at the same venue earlier in the evening, beginning at 5:00pm. Members of the public are welcome to attend and spectate, provided they arrive before 5:00pm.
