The front garden is mainly laid to lawn and a pathway leads you to the superb oak framed porch. On entering the property through the front door, you realise you are seeing something special. The large reception hallway provides a fantastic welcome to this gorgeous home.

To the right of the hallway is the full-length kitchen, breakfast and dining area with triple aspect windows. To the other end of the kitchen is the dining area, offering ample space for a large table, perfect for entertaining and double doors lead into the oak framed garden room. This beautiful room has wrap around glazing yet benefits from a solid roof ensuring that this space can be used all year round. The latest low profile wall heaters ensure that this room is a cosy space at any time. Double doors open out onto the patio area and large garden.

Situated just off the kitchen is a well-equipped utility room with built in cupboards, Belfast sink, quartz worktops and integrated washing machine and separate tumble dryer. A door from here gives access to the garden.

To the left of the reception hallway is the living room, which mirrors the size of the kitchen and dining room. Ample light pours in from the bay window to the frontage and double doors which open out onto the rear garden, creating a lovely atmosphere throughout the year. There is a large feature red brick inglenook fireplace with oak mantle over and a Clearview woodburning stove in situ.

The principal bedroom is well proportioned with window to the frontage and door through to the large ensuite bathroom comprising unique bath, separate double shower cubicle, bidet, WC and wash hand basin. Outside, the rear garden is a lovely size and is predominantly laid to lawn. Immediately behind the house is a patio area providing a perfect spot for entertaining during the summer months. The garden is fully fenced, has fruit trees and access to the rear garden from both sides of the house.
