Mole End, on the edge of the tiny village of Upper Rochford, stands in a quiet country lane looking out across the beautiful Worcestershire countryside. This is a cottage to buy just for its unique position.

Located in a picturesque rural setting about 4 miles from the town of Tenbury Wells, which is north west of Worcester and south west of Birmingham. Tenbury Wells is a market town and includes a good range of amenities.

What was probably a small Victorian cottage has been extended providing compact and manageable accommodation. The principal feature of the ground floor rooms is the splendid glazed sitting room/conservatory which give an all year round aspect across the valley. At present it is used as an office.

There is oil fired central heating supplemented by a propane coal effect gas stove in the dining room and a wood burning stove in the living room. Two bedrooms on the first floor are complemented by a third potential bedroom on the ground floor which is currently used as a study. Outside is a large level patio area which has been constructed at considerable expense to sit out and take advantage of the views. Beyond is a sloping tiered garden surrounded by woodland providing a wonderful secluded setting. A three to four car parking area leads off the road and there is a detached garage 17' x 12' with electricity connected as well as a large shed.

The present owners have lived in this cottage for a good number of years and are reluctantly leaving due to the relocation of their business. Like them, when they bought the property there is no doubt that someone will once again fall in love with this enviable setting.
