Our RICS Registered Valuers provide Red Book valuations in a professional, timely and completely confidential service which can include the valuation of a single item or a residential property, to an entire house's contents or a landed estate, farm or commercial property.

Our Chartered Surveyors have many years of experience and understand the potential sensitivities when dealing with the division of assets in a range of circumstances.

We offer formal reports (Expert Witness Reports) in accordance with RICS Practise Statement and Guidance Note Surveyors Acting as Expert Witnesses and attend court to give evidence in the matter of dispute resolution if required.

A key area for all homeowners, it is vital to correctly report the rebuild cost of your property. Mortgage lenders usually require an up to date assessment of the cost of completely rebuilding your property, possibly as a result of structural problems, including any site clearance and all Architects and professional fees. Our Valuation Surveyors with many years of practical experience, understand the complexities and provide rebuild valuations for a wide range of property types, to give you peace of mind.

Charities are required to follow specific procedures prior to the disposition of assets, detailed in Section 119 and 120 of the Charities Act 2011. Our Surveyors qualify and are knowledgeable in providing the correct valuation format to allow Charity Trustees to fully comply with their statutory responsibility.

Our RICS Registered Valuers provide Short Letter valuation reports for Repayment of Help to Buy purposes in line with the requirements of Target HCA.
