Michael, The sale of our property - The White Cottage, Clunbury was completed last Friday. I cannot say when your firm was instructed because the removal men have packed the filing cabinet! Since we first went on the market, there have been two abortive sales. Janet and I would just like to put on record that, at no time did we contemplate withdrawing instructions from ND. Despite the protracted period of marketing, we never felt that ours was a "forgotten" property. On the contrary, Sue Northwood was most attentive throughout; professional in every respect. We cannot praise her enough - and so did our purchasers. If it comes to promotion or bonus, she would certainly get our votes! Kind Regards,
