Michael Evans FNAEA FNAVA has over 40 years experience in the Estate Agency profession. He is primarily concerned with residential sales, valuations and auctions in and around Ludlow and the South Shropshire area.

He was articled and trained in general Estate Agency practice with a leading firm of Chartered Surveyors in the West Midlands dealing with a cross section of property ranging from glamorous mansions in Sutton Coldfield to tiny Victorian terraced houses in the Black Country.

Michael came to South Shropshire in 1986 where his principal role has been to lead Nock Deighton's Ludlow office to become one of the most respected and successful leading Estate Agents in the area where service has been its byword.
