Graham Taylor - Director & Company Secretary

Graham's career commenced at the (TSB) Trustee Saving Bank in 1970, where he qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and rose to become Senior Branch Manager in Worcester after undertaking various other high profile roles at Telford, Bridgnorth, Wellington and Shrewsbury.

After 23 years with the bank Graham decided on a career change, taking up advisory roles with Coutts Career Consultants, Shropshire Chamber & Business Link, Percy Thrower's Gardening Centre in Shrewsbury and Nock Deighton, who he joined in 1995 as Partnership Secretary, a role which rapidly expanded and led to his appointment as full time Finance Director & Company Secretary.

Graham's focus on quality and customer service saw him spend two years as Regional Chairman (Wales) of the Institute of Customer Service, whilst additionally he is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and Member of the National Association of Estate Agents.

With an abiding passion for horses and a love of the Shropshire countryside, where he has made his home for the last 25 years, Graham is frequently seen driving his horse and carriages in the Much Wenlock area and at events across the country.
