David Perrin FRICS - Director

David is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a partner and head of professional services. Having in excess of 30 years experience, David specialises in commercial valuations for both private and institutional clients, commercial sales and lettings, property management and landlord and tenant related matters.

David also acts as an expert witness in land and property disputes. He is on the Law Society Register of Expert Witnesses and a member of the Expert Witness Institution.
