Our Approach

At Nock Deighton we work as a team, and several members of our staff will get to know you and your property. We think it's important that every one of our people is completely capable of dealing with all day-to-day matters concerning your property and advising you accordingly.

Furthermore, one dedicated member of our team will take an overview, providing you with regular progress reports to let you know exactly what we're doing and how things are going, both throughout the marketing process and in particular once a sale has been agreed.

Because we monitor and review your sale transaction at every step of the way, you'll never need to wonder what's going on, or worry because you've heard nothing. We'll call you on a regular basis to bring you fully up-to-date and of course our close attention to detail means that we can usually spot potential problems at an early stage and give the appropriate advice.
