The Ludlow sales team had achieved considerable success over the past year in negotiating and completing a record number of transactions.
In his speech and annual report Robin Nettleton said ‘we are entering the most challenging period which any property agent has experienced in our lifetime. In presenting the award Mr Nettleton said ‘Once again our Ludlow office has excelled. Operating with five national property websites as well as top quality brochures and the best sales team in their area they have certainly made things happen’.
Managing Director Michael Evans said ‘It is a tough market but we are still selling. Prices have indeed changed but these are all relative. If you are buying and selling the price differential stays the same, and we can get mortgages for the right buyers. We have a policy of regular weekly contact with all of our vendors and a proactive attitude in everything we do.’
Nock Deighton’s Ludlow office have been able to agree sales of 34 properties throughout July, August and September.
