ISO 9001-2000 is the internationally recognised standard for quality. Certification assures you that Nock Deighton is fully committed to quality by continuously undergoing the scrutiny of an accredited third party certification body.

ISO 9001-2000 Accreditation is applicable to our Survey, Valuation and Commercial Office based at Juniper House in Shrewsbury and our Sales, Lettings and Property Management Offices at High Street - Bridgnorth, Kidderminster, Ludlow, Ironbridge, Telford. The scope of Nock Deighton's Accreditation covers:

Nock Deighton achieved the ISO 9001-2000 Accreditation of the quality of its systems under the ISO International Standard in March 1997 (formerly known as BS5750) and have maintained the accreditation continuously since that date; with a full Assessment and reaccredidation in 2003. Detailed Customer Satisfaction Surveys are carried out across the firm and the responses regularly reviewed and acted on by the Partners. Additionally Nock Deighton are inspected at least annually by external verifiers from BMTRADA. In each year Nock Deighton have successfully completed approval for continued use of the ISO 9001-2000 Quality Assured Certification.
